I came to Las Vegas over 20 years ago, fresh out of physical therapy school, and have been practicing outpatient orthopedic physical therapy ever since. My passion for movement, the human body, and performance started early and led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Tennessee. That path eventually brought me to Belmont University in Nashville, where I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
My drive to open my own practice came from a deep desire to help people truly level up—whether that’s getting out of pain, performing at their peak, or staying in the game longer. I chose a fee-for-service model to break away from the limitations of traditional PT clinics—no more being passed off after 10 minutes or being left alone with a printout of generic exercises. Here, every session is intentional, hands-on, and 100% focused on you.
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from youth to seniors, weekend warriors to elite athletes in the UFC, NFL, NHL, NBA, and PGA. Combat athletes hold a special place for me—I've been involved in martial arts most of my adult life, so I understand how important it is to stay on the mats and keep training.
My clinical focus is treating musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction, from acute injuries to post-surgical rehab. I integrate Fascial Manipulation® by the Steccos, dry needling, and musculoskeletal ultrasound to provide precise, performance-oriented care. Whether your goal is recovery, prevention, or pushing your performance to the next level, we’ll get there—together.
At the core of everything I do is a commitment to building real relationships and helping people achieve both their short- and long-term goals. I’m grateful every day to do work that I believe truly changes lives.
